Nakayama NAS1200T

Nakayama NAS1200T is a Electric air suction separator, Material is fed onto a 3m x 1.2 screen unit that separates out the fines content, at the bottom of the screen the oversize material is fed under an over band air vacuum. This sucks the light fraction up to a perforated belt and the belt moves across to push that light fraction to the side (a conveyor, or a designated bay) the fines and the clean hardcore are reintroduced minus the light fraction. This unit has numerous benefits over traditional vacuum units and is available to view. We have numerous videos of this unit working and are happy to demonstrate. See attached video
