This used John Deere branch bundler can be mounted on any vehicle, forwarder; trailer; trainwagon or car etc. It works on a stand-alone principle, the complete control panel is part of the bundler. The machine needs a hydraulic supply of min.200L/min and a power supply of 24V from an external vehicle. A crane is needed to supply the bundler with branch wood. The software system was developed and built by Hencon. The original principle with a John Deere control system has been removed, making this machine suitable for all applications. The bundler is equipped with a guillotine blade instead of a chainsaw. This eliminates the disturbance sensitivity of a chainsaw and also allows easy cutting of thin branches. The made bales are wrapped with sysal rope so that the bales can be processed afterwards by a shredder.... Bundle lengths can be made from 2400 - 3200 mm and the diameter is adjustable from 600 -800mm. A capacity of 20-40 bales per hour is possible depending on site conditions. The machine is still in good condition and has recently served as a bridging machine before the new one was delivered to the customer.
