The BS-6 drum dryer is designed to effectively reduce the moisture content of wood sawdust, agricultural waste and other bulk materials as part of a granulation line or as a separate drying module. Thanks to its well-thought-out design with blades, the drum evenly mixes the raw materials during rotation, ensuring stable and high-quality drying. The drying unit can be powered by a 50 kW diesel heat generator, which allows it to be used regardless of the availability of a high-power electrical network. The productivity of the BS-6 is up to 250 kg/hour on sawdust, depending on the initial moisture content of the raw materials and weather conditions. The drum rotates at a speed of 8 rpm, and its angle of inclination is adjustable from 0° to 4°, which allows the drying process to be adapted to different materials. The drum is insulated with 50 mm thick mineral wool, which significantly reduces heat loss and increases energy efficiency. The total weight of the drying unit is 1172 kg, and its dimensions are 8821 mm in length, 1220 mm in width and 2535 mm in height. Thanks to its modular design, the unit is easy to transport and quick to assemble on site. The BS-6 dryer is part of the MLG-500 COMBI PRO granulation line, but can also be supplied separately as an individual element.
